Hesham leads the MEP Preconstruction group of Holder Construction, a national, commercial construction services firm with experience in over 30 states and offices in Denver, San Jose, Phoenix, Charlotte, Dallas, Atlanta, and Washington DC. Holder is consistently ranked by ENR as one of the nation’s leading contractors in Construction Management, General Construction, and Design-Build, and is recognized as the largest builder of data centers in the country.

Hesham is born and raised in Atlanta, GA and a graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology.  Hesham was responsible for the planning, construction, commissioning, and successful completion of over 1.1 million square feet, 18MW for a major technology provider.  Through his education and experience in the industry, Hesham is responsible for a team that has procured over $2B of long lead MEP equipment and consistently negotiating upwards of $5B worth of contracts per year.  In addition to procurement, Hesham’s focus is design management, cost forecasting and budgeting, MEP systems analysis, and training company-wide.
