Miguel Flores is a Facilities Engineering Manager at the United Parcel Service Windward Data Center, located in Alpharetta, Georgia since 2005. He is responsible for planning and executing critical maintenance and infrastructure upgrades, and was the Project Manager for the replacement of two UPS systems at the Windward Data Center in 2011.  He also worked at the Mahwah, NJ Data Center for 6 years, and has taught UPS and Medium Voltage equipment operation training modules at the Windward Data Center.
